George Whipple, a neighbor of the McGlincy family, is pictured here at the McGlincy Ranch. Whipple was one of the first people contacted by a young man who witnessed the infamous McGlincy murders in 1908. Whipple and another neighbor, George Page, came running to the ranch to see if they could help. Six residents had been killed.
